This was a huge contract to paint eight two storey villas in Cremorne point on Sydneys north shore. The job was completed quickly and involved the houses, their adjoining courtyards areas, their garages and common property areas.
Many areas required stripping back to render due to heavy prolonged paint blistering. I completed this project alone with the use of portable scaffolding.
The previous colour was yellow. Dulux paints were used throughout the entire job. All Doors, security bars and screens were painted in super enamel.
